As long as something is missing, the cart refuses the order and tells you what.<\/p>\n\n <p><strong>Required:<\/strong> your first and last name, your address, city, postal code, province, phone and email.<\/p>\n\n <p><strong>For each child:<\/strong> first name, last name, grade and <strong>school<\/strong>. The school decides which page the child shows up on. A child with no school takes their sibling’s and is marked « héritée » (inherited).<\/p>\n\n <p>A child record you started but did not finish shows in red and blocks saving. Nothing is erased: complete it and save again.<\/p>\n\n <h3>If someone else is paying<\/h3>\n\n <p>Grandparent, separated parent, employer: fill in the <strong>payer<\/strong> block — name, phone, email, relationship to the child.<\/p>\n\n <div class=\"jfi-box\">\n <span class=\"jfi-tag\">Remember<\/span>\n <p><strong>Write the payer’s name exactly as it will appear on the Interac e-Transfer.<\/strong><\/p>\n <p>This block is for your file. The name that actually matches the payment is the one you type again at checkout, on every order — keep the two the same.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <p><em>Do you work at the school?<\/em> Check « Employé » (Employee) and pick your school: the staff price then shows up in your options.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n \n <section class=\"jfi-step\">\n <div class=\"jfi-step-head\"><span class=\"jfi-num\">2<\/span><h2>Pick the days<\/h2><\/div>\n\n <p>Go to your child’s school page. You only see the children registered <em>at that school<\/em>. A day already taken shows « Repas déjà dans votre panier » (meal already in your cart) or « Repas déjà commandé » (meal already ordered) instead of the menu.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <h3>One day at a time<\/h3>\n\n <p>Click the day in the calendar, pick each child’s meal, then <strong>« Ajouter au panier + la date »<\/strong> (add to cart + the date). That button sends that day only.<\/p>\n\n <h3>Several days at once<\/h3>\n\n <p>The box at the bottom of the calendar works in three steps:<\/p>\n\n <ol class=\"jfi-temps\">\n <li><strong>The days.<\/strong> Check them one by one, or use « Cocher tout le mois » and « Décocher tout le mois » (check \/ uncheck the whole month). Those two buttons <strong>add nothing to the cart<\/strong>: they only check boxes. Days that are closed, past or already ordered are left out.<\/li>\n <li><strong>The meal.<\/strong> One option per person, applied to every day you checked.<\/li>\n <li><strong>Sending it.<\/strong> « Ajouter les journées cochées au panier » (add the checked days to the cart).<\/li>\n <\/ol>\n\n <h3>The cut-off<\/h3>\n\n <p>A day closes <strong>twelve hours before service, that is noon the day before<\/strong>. After that, the box is greyed out and reads « Commandes fermées » (ordering closed).<\/p>\n\n <p>As long as your cart is not empty, a bar stays at the bottom of the screen: number of meals, total, and <strong>« Voir mon panier et payer »<\/strong> (view my cart and pay).<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n \n <section class=\"jfi-step\">\n <div class=\"jfi-step-head\"><span class=\"jfi-num\">3<\/span><h2>Paying by Interac e-Transfer<\/h2><\/div>\n\n <p>Go to checkout. You are asked for the <strong>full name of the Interac payer<\/strong>: write it exactly as it will appear on the transfer. That is the name we match when the transfer arrives.<\/p>\n\n <div class=\"jfi-box\">\n <span class=\"jfi-tag\">Before you pay<\/span>\n <p>On the confirmation page, click <strong>CONFIRMER<\/strong> and <strong>wait for the button to turn green<\/strong> (« ✓ CONFIRMÉ »). Do not leave the page before that, and do not send any money before that: that click is what records the payer’s name.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <p>You get the <strong>« Vos menus sont réservés »<\/strong> (your menus are reserved) email right away, with the day-by-day detail and the total.<\/p>\n\n <p>Then send your Interac e-Transfer to <strong>commande@jacinthe.pro<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n <ul>\n <li><strong>the exact amount<\/strong> of the order — an amount that matches no order stays pending;<\/li>\n <li><strong>from the person whose name you wrote at checkout<\/strong>;<\/li>\n <li><strong>with the order number<\/strong> in the message. That is what we read if the payment does not match on its own.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n <p>A single transfer can cover several orders, as long as the total comes out exact.<\/p>\n\n <p>When the transfer is matched, you get <strong>« Vos menus sont payés »<\/strong> (your menus are paid) and your meals turn to <span class=\"jfi-chip est-paye\">✓ Payé<\/span> in « Mes repas réservés » (my reserved meals), under the calendar.<\/p>\n\n <div class=\"jfi-box\">\n <span class=\"jfi-tag\">Important<\/span>\n <p><strong>Reserved is not paid.<\/strong> An order still unpaid <strong>24 hours before the meal<\/strong> is set aside: the meal is not prepared and the child is not on the kitchen list.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <h3>If payment is late<\/h3>\n\n <p>You get four reminders, not one more: after <strong>1 hour<\/strong>, <strong>1 day<\/strong>, <strong>3 days<\/strong> and <strong>6 days<\/strong>. After the fourth, your account is blocked and no new order is possible until the balance is paid — <strong>the block lifts on its own once you pay<\/strong>, there is nobody to call. An order unpaid for 14 days is deleted.<\/p>\n\n <p>You paid and nothing is moving? Write to us: the transfer has not been matched yet, and your child may not be on the list.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n \n <section class=\"jfi-step\">\n <div class=\"jfi-step-head\"><span class=\"jfi-num\">4<\/span><h2>Moving a meal<\/h2><\/div>\n\n <p>The <strong>« Mes repas réservés »<\/strong> (my reserved meals) panel is under the calendar, on your school page.<\/p>\n\n <p>Is your child sick or away? Move their meal to another date <strong>up to 9 p.m. the day before<\/strong> service. The meal then leaves the list for its original date and shows up on the new one.<\/p>\n\n <ul>\n <li>A <strong>reason is required<\/strong>: illness, appointment, school outing…<\/li>\n <li>The <strong>new date must still be open<\/strong>, so no later than noon the day before. Taking a meal off a date is allowed later than adding one to another: taking one off frees up a portion, while adding one means one more meal to prepare, and the kitchen needs time.<\/li>\n <li><strong>The dish changes with the date<\/strong>: what gets served is the menu of the day you pick. A sandwich stays a sandwich.<\/li>\n <li><strong>Three moves maximum<\/strong> per meal. After that, write to us.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n <div class=\"jfi-box\">\n <span class=\"jfi-tag\">No refunds<\/span>\n <p><strong>There are no refunds and no cancellations.<\/strong> A paid meal gets moved, that is all.<\/p>\n <p><strong>And it is up to you to move it<\/strong>, in « Mes repas réservés », before 9 p.m. the day before. Nobody will do it for you.
